  I was not happy with the customer service at this store. I was in the store for almost 5 minutes before the woman behind the counter said anything to me. She felt it was more important to talk about the weather/family/misc. things with another person in the store. When we did talk, all she did was ask what I was looking for and then point me towards the wedding gowns in the back. I looked at the racks of wedding gowns for another 10 - 15 minutes, and then walked out without her saying another word to me. She was still busy chit chatting with yet another woman in the store (again about nothing pertaining to clothing, weddings, anything related to her business). It was too much of an effort for her to even say thank you and goodbye as I walked out. Again, I would not recommend going to that store! Mr. Tuxedo and Bridal does not know what good customer service should be!

  I had recently moved my wedding date from April to January 15th and I was having trouble finding someone to do my alterations but they got my dress to fit perfectly not even a week later. It took 3 dress fittings too! They were amazing and so kind to get me in on such short notice. I couldn't of asked for better customer service.
